Free Family Bedtime and Device Agreement Planner

Create a repeatable device routine together. This planner runs in your browser; it does not configure a device or save your entries to GuardSphere.

Days on which the restriction starts

List the exact apps you and your child agree may stay available during the bedtime restriction. Examples include an app used to contact a parent or a screen reader that reads text aloud. These are examples, not automatically allowed apps. Leave this blank if you have not agreed any exceptions. Configure and test each exception on the device separately.

Your family agreement

On Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, selected apps pause from 22:00 to 06:00 the following day (8 hours).

Apps: Games, social media and entertainment apps

Apps agreed to remain available during bedtime: None listed. Agree and test any needed exceptions before enabling restrictions.

  • Agree where the device charges overnight.
  • Choose one adult to configure the policy and another to check it with the child.
  • Verify the schedule timezone and test both the restricted and allowed periods on the actual device.
  • For an overnight rule, check the next-day boundary and the last selected day.
  • Review after one week and adjust exceptions together.

Use the Windows and Android setup guide to check platform requirements. Confirm supported enforcement before relying on a rule. A routine supports family conversations; it does not guarantee sleep or academic outcomes.
