Common questions

If I already have Microsoft 365, why add GuardSphere?

You may not need to. List the app, website, schedule and reporting requirements your current license does not meet, then test only those gaps on supported devices before buying.

Can GuardSphere replace Intune or Workspace MDM?

Do not assume a full replacement. Compare exact device platforms, ownership modes and controls. Keep your existing enrollment manager unless a tested migration plan supports the change.

Is pricing per user?

GuardSphere uses flat monthly CAD prices for a selected device allowance. The 5-device organization Core plan is CAD $20 per month in total. Vendor bundle prices may be per user and can already be included in your existing license.
