GuardSphere Data Deletion Request
Last updated: July 20, 2026
Users, device owners, parents, guardians, employees, and authorized organization administrators may request deletion of data associated with GuardSphere Device Agent and related GuardSphere services.
How to request deletion
Email your request to support@guardsphere.app.
Include the following information so GuardSphere can identify the relevant account, organization, or managed device:
- • Your full name.
- • The email address associated with the GuardSphere account or organization.
- • The organization or family account name.
- • The managed device name, label, or identifier, when available.
- • A clear statement describing the data you want deleted.
Identity and authority verification
GuardSphere may contact you to verify your identity, device ownership, account relationship, or authority to act for a school, family, business, institution, or other organization before processing the request.
Data that may be deleted
Depending on the request, the requester's authority, and the GuardSphere services in use, deletion may include:
Account and enrollment data
Account identifiers, organization associations, device enrollment records, device labels, agent tokens, and related enrollment metadata.
Device and technical data
Device identifiers, operating-system details, application inventory, protection status, diagnostics, and technical telemetry.
Usage and policy data
App usage records, website or domain activity, policy decisions, blocked or allowed events, schedules, and enforcement logs.
Location and device-status data
Location records where location-aware features were enabled, device heartbeat data, network status, battery information, and related device-status records.
Data that may be retained
GuardSphere may retain limited information when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, dispute resolution, billing, audit, contractual obligations, legal compliance, regulatory requirements, or the protection of GuardSphere, its customers, and managed users.
Retained information is limited to what is necessary for the applicable purpose. It is deleted, anonymized, or otherwise restricted when the applicable retention period or legal obligation ends.
Backup copies may remain for a limited period as part of normal disaster-recovery and security processes before they are overwritten or deleted.
Organization-managed devices
Where a school, family, employer, business, institution, or other organization manages the relevant GuardSphere account or device, GuardSphere may need confirmation from an authorized account owner or administrator before deleting organization records or data needed to provide contracted services.
Managed users may also contact the relevant organization administrator about device removal, unenrollment, or deletion of organization-controlled records.
Submit a deletion request
