School Device Management Pilot Evaluation Scorecard
Evaluate the workflows your school needs before a wider rollout. Record what you actually tested, what happened and who owns the next action. This scorecard does not configure devices, approve a pilot or certify compliance.
Entries stay in this page until it is closed or refreshed. They are not submitted or saved. Avoid student names, private identifiers and unnecessary browsing details. Print a blank copy first if you need a handwritten evidence record.
Blank evidence record
Mark each requirement Pass, Fail or Not tested. Missing tests are not passes. Do not average away a failed essential requirement. Use the evidence and owner columns for a test date, result and retest plan.
| Requirement | Result | Evidence / test conditions | Owner / next action |
|---|---|---|---|
| Enrollment Devices registered in the correct organization and groups. | |||
| Coverage List tested platforms, browsers and controls; mark untested conditions. | |||
| Learning access Complete the actual lesson, including sign-in and embedded resources. | |||
| Restriction Verify the agreed rule on an enrolled device. | |||
| Exceptions Apply, review and remove a permitted learning exception where supported. | |||
| Visibility Identify current activity and unresolved protection issues. | |||
| Privacy review Record the school reviewer and unresolved data/access questions. | |||
| Administrative effort Measure school setup and diagnosis time separately from vendor help. | |||
| Support and rollback Confirm a named support route and approved reversal process. |
Continue, revise or stop
- Continue: Every essential requirement has supporting evidence and the school accepts the documented limits.
- Revise: A specific issue has an owner, a practical retest plan and a review date.
- Stop: An essential requirement remains unmet or the deployment cannot be supported. Record why and reverse changes through the approved process.
Prepare a focused school evaluation
Bring your device mix, deployment permissions and unanswered questions to a compatibility discussion. A self-service trial and an approved supported pilot can have different terms. Availability and scope are confirmed individually; booking a call does not reserve a place.
